About JazzErie

JazzErie is one of the most exciting grass roots organizations in the country, led and staffed by an all-volunteer board of your neighbors.

We owe our existence to the generosity of the Erie Art Museum, and our vitality to our members, a Who's Who of musicians and music lovers who make Erie one of the most dynamic jazz and arts communities in North America.

And we couldn't have made it to 17 years of great music without the help of Arts Erie, the Clarence E. Beyer Foundation, the Kresge Foundation, the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts,  WQLN, Gannon University's Schuster Grant and Gannon University, Edinboro University of PA, Mercyhurst College, SUNY Fredonia, and so many more organizations.

As we build out new website, we're digging into our files to identify and recognize all of the wonderful people who have helped us - sponsors, volunteers, club owners, media, etc. If you know people who should be thanked, please send us a note.

And If you're not a member, join today. We guarantee you'll appreciate all you get for your investment.

If you would like your jazz event posted on our calender, or if you have jazz news or an article for our website, please contact us!
