Tues., April 14 -- 7 p.m  GABRIEL ALEGRA and the AFRO-PERUVIAN SEXTET at the    
Erie Art Museum, 5th Street entrance between State and French.  $20 

Sponsored by the Erie Art Museum and held at its excellent performance hall, this unique group joins jazz harmonies and ideas with Peruvian rhythms and musical
context in an exciting mix.

Thurs., May 14 -- 6:30 p.m.  JAZZERIE'S NEXT GENERATION CONCERT at Gen. McLane High
School in Edinboro (Rte. 99).

Leading regional high school jazz ensembles along with area professional jazz musicians and special guests.  Jazz for the future!

Sat., June 13 -- beginning at 6:30 p.m.  JAZZERIE'S JAZZ & BLUES WALK.

The event begins with a reception (drinks and hors d'oevres) plus music at the Erie Art Museum, followed by jazz & blues music at a number of nearby downtown
restaurants and clubs.  Get your Jazz & Blues Walk Wristband for a donation of $10, and stroll through an evening of great entertainment.  JazzErie produces the event,
which is sponsored by a number of area businesses and arts organizations.

Sat. & Sun., Aug. 1 & 2 -- from 12 noon until 10 p.m.  THE ERIE ART MUSEUM'S ANNUAL BLUES & JAZZ FESTIVAL at Frontier Park, in Erie, PA.

Each afternoon and evening, Sat. Aug. 1 and Sun., Aug.2   The Erie Art Museum presents an outstanding parade of regional and international blues and jazz stars on
an outdoor stage in Frontier Park in Erie, PA.  Sat. iis blues day; Sun. brings jazz
talent to the stage. 

Family friendly, FREE!!!, food and drinks for sale at the many booths surrounding the audience area.  The region's premier blues & jazz fest.
